Alvero sells premium digital wallpapers for MacBook, desktop computers, iPhone, and other supported devices. All products are delivered electronically.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

3. Digital Products

All products sold by Alvero are digital downloads.

No physical products will be shipped.

After successful payment, customers receive immediate access to download the purchased files.

When purchasing a wallpaper collection, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased files.

You may:

  • Use the wallpapers on your own personal devices.
  • Change your wallpaper as often as you like.
  • Use the wallpapers on multiple devices that you personally own.

You may not:

  • Share the files with others.
  • Upload them to file-sharing websites.
  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or gift the files.
  • Include them in another digital product.
  • Claim them as your own work.
  • Remove or alter copyright notices where applicable.
  • Use the wallpapers for commercial resale or commercial redistribution.

Ownership of all artwork remains with Alvero.


5. Intellectual Property

All wallpapers, artwork, branding, logos, graphics, designs, previews, website content, text, and other materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a wallpaper does not transfer ownership of the artwork.


6. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or offer promotions at any time without prior notice.

Price changes do not affect completed purchases.


7. Payments

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers.

We do not store your full payment information.

Orders are considered complete once payment has been successfully authorized.


8. Refunds

Because our products are delivered digitally, all sales are generally final.

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.


9. Downloads

Customers are responsible for downloading and storing purchased files after purchase.

If you experience download issues due to a technical problem on our side, we will make reasonable efforts to provide replacement download links.


10. Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.


11. Acceptable Use
